Do you deliver?
Pour delivers locally and by UPS. Please see our Delivery & Shipping Policy for complete details.

Do you offer discounts?
We offer an everyday 10% discount on any regular priced 12 bottles of wines ONLY. Spirits not included. From time to time, Pour at its discretion, will offer additional sales.

Can I return wine I don’t use?
According to New York State law, Pour cannot take back previously purchased, unopened bottles. This law is for the purpose of protecting the consumer from purchasing wine that has been mishandled or inappropriately stored.

Can I return wine I don’t like?
Pour accepts returns on corked or damaged wine. Personal taste cannot be the basis of a return. Our staff and the note cards on each and every wine offer loads of information to help you make the right decision.

What if I can’t find the wine I want at Pour, can you order it for me?
Yes, as long as Pour has a business relationship with the local distributor who carries your desired wine. A minimum of one case (12 bottles) must be purchased for any special order.

How do I know how much wine to buy for my event?
Please contact the shop directly so we may understand the specifics of your event in order to correctly calculate the amount of wine you will need. Everyone’s needs are different, so one rule does not apply.

It’s a unique approach to wine retail. May I use the Pour name, logo, graphics, or copy?
The simple answer is no, unless you receive approval from the owner. Our name, logo and graphics are trademarked and cannot be copied, but thank you for the compliment.
