  • Casa Castillo Monastrell

  • In the same family for four generations, this vineyard was once a rosemary plantation and you can still notice a hint of that herb in their wines to this day.  This bright and fruity Monastrell (versus the much bigger and full interpretation of Monastrell) is a welcome surprise!  Aged in stainless and neutral oak this wine also has an essence of violet, cherry, raspberry and would be amazing with just of touch of a chill.  Pair this with any white meats, fatty fish, and anything from the BBQ.
