  • While technically a part of Burgundy, we don’t often associate Chablis with red wine. The appellation allows for only the crisp, mineral-driven white that we love; yet a fair amount of pinot noir is grown in the area, and because of AOC laws, it must take the larger “Bourgogne” designation. Made by a female winemaker, this is beautiful and bright with everything we love in a fruit-forward pinot noir--and more!
