  • NOTES: Named for Madame Pommery who took over the company upon the death of her husband in 1860 (just 2 years after founding it), the Cuvée Louise is one of the most prestigious and exclusive wines in all of Champagne. Gold in color with the teeniest, tiniest bubbles; the nose is sumptuous with apple, brioche, honey, and white flowers. The palate is lean; however with 8 years spent on the lees, the finish is deliciously creamy—nicely developed, but still fresh in every way. Enjoy this with oysters, caviar, or simply on its own!
