  • Mary Taylor St. Pourçain Rosé SUSTAINABLE

  • Nestled in the Auvergne mountains, founded in Roman times, and developed by Benedictine monks in the Middle Ages; St. Pourçain is one of France’s oldest wine regions.  Still part of the Loire (though further south than we usually imagine) this wine is all gamay—giving it a lovely light salmon-pink hue.  It has a pretty perfume of peach and apricot, along with hints of raspberries and rose petals, and it’s a quintessential thirst-quencher too!  It’s delicious on its own, with Asian cuisine, or when paired with soft, creamy cheeses.

    VARIETY: Gamay
REGION: St. Pourçain, Loire Valley, France
    VINTAGE: 2018
