A true gin of place! Here at Pour, we feature wines of place that carry the essence of their origin. At Barr Hill, distiller (and beekeeper, and naturalist) Todd Hardie brings together the work of the farmers, herbalists, and bees of the Northeast Kingdom of Vermont to make a special, lively, and uniquely variable gin. Added just before bottling, raw honey adds a smooth, silky feel and the aromas and flavors of that season's flowers to this handcrafted, small-batch gin.
