  • Cabardès is uniquely situated so that it benefits from both Atlantic and Mediterranean climates; therefore you have a grape from Bordeaux (merlot) blended beautifully with two grapes from the Rhone (grenache and syrah) creating a wine that is truly distinctive and delicious.  Beautiful with ruby red fruit of cherries and plums, a hint of spice (though there’s no oak), and silky tannins; it’s juicy and would go great with a beef pad-thai, a cheddar cheeseburger, or just on its own!
