Agustí Torelló Mata is a man who is truly dedicated to the art of wine. The son of a tailor and a musician, Agustí has always loved the beautiful things in life, and since 1960, he has been creating his own beautiful works of art in his wines. This Penedès blanc is made from 100% Xarel·lo. This light and bright white was fermented in stainless steel tanks and then aged on the lees for six months before bottling. Aromas of citrus and peach combine with a palate that is fresh with acidity. Enjoy with aperitifs, salads, seafood, or a heaping plate of paella!
