The region of Galicia in northwest Spain is primarily known for its Albariño, but we know better than to ignore the hidden gems of any particular region! Treixadura is an aromatic white grape grown in this part of the Iberian Peninsula, and we think it’s pretty dang special! Zesty aromatics of apricot, white florals, and a touch of saline make for a perfectly balanced wine. Picture yourself on a boat on a river, with tangerine skies and perhaps some oysters, fresh prawns, or grilled branzino to pair with this beautiful wine!
