Working with varietals sourced from Touraine and Courrensan, the Matousé is not your mother’s Sauv Blanc! Beautiful aromas of pithy grapefruit, tropical fruit give way to beautiful texture on the palate with flavors of apple and honeysuckle. This bottle is the purrrfect pair with crab cakes, fresh oysters or a cheese board with both hard and soft styles!
