Andre Bonnot Cotes Du Jura Blanc ORGANIC

André Bonnot was founded in 1936 by Xavier Bonnot with the goal of producing high-quality Jura wines according to the traditions of this unique wine region. His son, André, took over the family estate in 1952 and, to this day, continues to innovate within the Jura region! His white blend “Tradition” is a blend of Chardonnay and Savagnin that has been aged for 24 months in barrel. This aging process gives this beautiful white a lush body, as well as notes of dried fruit, spices, and nuts. It’s a perfect pairing with roast poultry or even spicy foods!
