Anthony Road Cabernet Franc SUSTAINABLE/VEGAN

New York’s Finger Lakes region is one of the prime places for Cabernet Franc in America. With the moderating effects of the five long, narrow lakes, there exists a microclimate that is ideal for growing ripe and radiant grapes.  Anthony Road is a spirited producer (the winemaker is a former Navy SEAL!) located along Seneca Lake.  Classic on the nose, with red cherries, raspberry, and black currant. The palate is balanced with fruit and acidity, with a hint of space on the lingering finish. Enjoy it with pot roast, grilled salmon, or aged cheddar cheese!
