There are various bittering spices used to create the botanical mix of Bitter Fusetti and none of these have been used by chance, from the classic gentian, rhubarb and cinchona, to the special, quassio. The bitter orange and the chinotto give the product a pinch of acidity. A perfect mix of spices that makes it excellent both in classic drinks such as Americano or Negroni or in reinterpretations such as Negroni del Marinaio with amber Vermouth, coffee liqueur and mezcal and, why not, even smooth simply shaken.
