Spain’s most important white wine is Albariño. With a thicker skin than most other grapes, it heartily sustains the damp climate and rugged oceanic winds just off the coast a few feet away. This distinctive, aromatic grape produces exceedingly dry and flavorful wines. This bottling comes from a small, single-parcel vineyard. All hand-harvested and treated only in stainless steel, its bright and easy nose gives way to a light-bodied, lemon-crisp wine of racy dryness. Enjoy it with shellfish (oysters!) and ceviche.
