Bodega Aitaren Lurretik Txacolina ORGANIC/NATURAL

The Basque region of Northern Spain is known for its fine dining, fresh seafood, basque cider and perhaps most importantly (at least to us) the Txakolina wines! Usually known for their light bodies and effervescence, the Lurretik is a completely still wine with notes of citrus and honey as well as a hint of smoke on the palate. It boasts a long finish with fresh acidity and a nice salinity, making it a perfect pairing with fresh prawns, raw oysters or your favorite array of tapas!
