Bojo du Luar Luiza Pet Nat ORGANIC/NATURAL

The name Vinho Verde translates to “green wine”, but as you can see, this does not refer to the color of the wine but to the beautiful, lush colors of the region itself! Here we have a rosé Pet-Nat from the region, a style of wine that is bottled before primary fermentation is complete, giving it a lovely fizzy quality. This wine is fresh and vibrant with aromas of raspberry, cherry, and flowers. The palate is zippy with a beautiful balance of acidity and minerality. This Pet-Nat is perfect on its own, or try pairing it with ceviche or fresh oysters!
