Broadbent Cabernet Sauvignon SUSTAINABLE

The most important of all red grape varieties and the most widely planted, Cabernet put California on the international wine map for all the world to see. Broadbent gets its name from the 24th Master of Wine and founder of Christie’s wine auctioneering department; Michael Broadbent. His Cabernet is a beautiful dark ruby color with ripe aromas of black fruit and a hint of cedar and violets. The palate is balanced with luscious fruit, fresh acidity and notes of coffee and bay leaf from 10 months aging in a blend of new and used oak. Enjoy this easy red with grilled steaks, braised short ribs, or hard cheeses.
