A lot of Sommeliers are excited about the white grape Pecorino, and so are we! Pecorino from the estate at Cantina Madonnabruna is all hand-harvested early to ensure a very dry and refreshing wine with very little sugar. It is fermented for 6 months in stainless steel vats and the result is a wine with aromas of white flowers, yellow pear and peach. The palate is extremely refreshing with present acidity and a lingering finish. This white is the perfect pair with seafood; we suggest grilled turbot with tomatoes and potatoes!
