Cantina Tudernum Grechetto di Todi SUSTAINABLE

The wine region of Todi in the central Italian area of Umbria is a relative newcomer. Designated in 2010, this picturesque and hilly locale is known for blending traditional and modern wine making techniques to produce truly wonderful wines at a great price! Their whites are mainly made from Grechetto, this example is fresh and citrusy with bright minerality. The finish is fabulous—and leaves you wanting another sip!  A great pairing with shrimp, scallops, or cured meats!
