Founded by Molly and Donn Chappellet in 1967, today a second generation of the family has embraced the mountain’s exceptional terroir and is committed to stewarding their father’s vision for generations to come. Their Mountain Cuvee is a full-bodied, Bordeaux-style blend of both Sonoma and Napa grapes. This alluring wine displays concentrated aromas of red currant, cassis, sage, and cedar as well as hints of oak and roasted coffee. With balanced acidity and tannin, it pairs perfectly with grilled steak or marinated pork tenderloin!
