While most of us think of Bordeaux for its red, the white wines from there are also amazing! With mostly Sauvignon Blanc, it’s different than what we’re used to in the Loire, but still oh-so-delicious! Located in Entre-deux-Mers (meaning “Between two seas”), Chateau Roquefort is situated in the heart of the region’s white production. This white is a lively and fresh wine characterized by an aromatic bouquet with hints of jasmine, hawthorn and lemon blossom. This wine is great to drink on its own or with almost any fish!
