Located within the Côte Chalonnaise in Burgundy is the small village of Rully. Granted AOC status in 1939, and primarily known for its red (Pinot Noir) and white (Chardonnay) wines as well as Crémant de Bourgogne. Here we have a Premier Cru white wine, harvested from some of the best vineyards in Rully. The nose is pretty with aromas of white peach, golden apple, wildflowers, and a slight touch of vanilla. The palate is well balanced with bright acidity and a rounded body. Enjoy it with pan-fried fish, veal in a creamy sauce, or roast poultry!
