Cristom Vineyards Pinot Noir Mt. Jefferson Cuvee Willamette Valley ORGANIC

We’ve known this for a while now, but its worth saying it again. The Willamette Valley makes a dang near perfect Pinot Noir.  The cool, maritime climate is ideal for this noble grape, and Cristom Vineyards is one of the best! Terraced on hillsides, the aspect is perfect for sun and drainage—making superb grapes.  This wine is lush yet elegant, marked by notes of crisp red and black fruit as well as layered spice. Aged 10 months in 20% new French Oak, the tannins are ripe and provide great energy. Enjoy with roast poultry, grilled PNW Salmon or on its own!
