Founded in 1958, Domaine Mittnacht is a family-run estate led by the charming couple of Christophe and Yuka Mittnacht. Christophe was an early pioneer of the biodynamic movement, believing that biologically complex, complete soils are essential for producing elegant and terroir-driven wines. This white wine is made from a blend of aromatic grape varietals and shows aromas of pineapple, lychee, ripe pear, and white florals. It’s made to pair with sushi, so try this with your favorite nigiri or sashimi!
