Domaine Courbis Ardeche Syrah ORGANIC/VEGAN

The Northern Rhone is an area steeped in tall ridges and history.  With its famous areas of Hermitage, Cornas, St. Joseph…it has become the benchmark for Old World Syrah (with the prices to prove it!) Here, Courbis has taken what is essentially St. Joseph fruit, but because of a quirk in map-drawing, it’s classified as Ardeche—offering an excellent value!  Medium bodied with a bright and crunchy blend of berries, this wine is beautiful with savory notes and a lengthy finish. Syrah loves a grill, try this with a nice cheeseburger, bbq ribs or anything with grilled mushrooms!
