Domaine Huber-Verdereau was founded in 1994 by Thiebault Huber, who is Alsatian on his father’s side and Burgundian on his mother’s, and he combines these two distinct regions methods in his winemaking. From 59-year-old vines, this cuvée is 15% fermented in oak and the remaining 85% in concrete tanks. Being a blend of Pinot Noir and Gamay, the former brings structure and nuance to the cuvee while the latter offers lush notes of red fruit. A lively wine to drink young, or keep for 3 to 4 years! Enjoy with roast turkey or any dish with mushrooms!
