Domaine La Pascerette Des Vignes Bourgogne Pinot Noir SUSTAINABLE/FWM

Founded in 2013, Domaine la Pascerette des Vignes is the project of a lifetime for owner and winemaker Celine Robertgeot. The picturesque estate is located on the slopes of South Burgundy and the vines are beautifully intertwined with pastures and forests. Sheep roam the vineyards, hence the name of the estate Pascerette (shepherdess). The pinot noir displays aromas of small red and black fruits accompanied with sweet spice. Supple tannins and elegant structure help this wine pair perfectly with roasted poultry as well as grilled pork or beef!
