Domaine Pascal Bellier Cheverny Blanc ORGANIC

Surrounding one of France’s most beautiful Chateaux, Cheverny is certainly a special place.  It’s one of the few places in the Loire that may blend the familiar sauvignon blanc grape with other varietals…and they do so with great success!  Here, chardonnay is in the mix—softening the nose but still offering beautiful lemon, citrus and white flowers.  The palate is delicious with adequate acidity and, with both varietals, it’s a great crowd-pleaser.  Yummy with appetizers and hors d’oeuvres, it’s the perfect party or cocktail wine!
