Domaine Rolet Pere et Fils Cremant du Jura Brut Blanc ORGANIC

It was Désiré Rolet who, in 1942, began making wine in the small region of the Jura in eastern France. In 1958, his four children decided to stay in the family business and took over from their father. Since then, the domaine has risen in prominence in the region and acquired prime old-vine vineyards throughout Jura. Their classic style Crémant is made in the Champagne method from equal parts Chardonnay and Pinot noir. Perfectly brut with notes of pear and brioche, this is a perfect bubbly to have with hors d’oeuvres, oysters, or soft cheeses like brie and camembert!
