Domaine Schoffit Cremant d'Alsace Extra Brut ORGANIC

French sparkling wine made using the traditional method, but not from Champagne, is called Crémant—and just 150 miles east of that famous region is Alsace, where one can find beautiful bubbly for a share of the price of Champagne!  Bernard Schoffit is a brilliant producer making beautifully elegant wines for over 30 years! This crémant is lacy and balanced with notes of ripe pear, anise and puffed pastry with a marvelous mousse of bubbles. Great with hors d’oeuvres or oysters and always perfect for a party!
