Vive Chinon!  Long live the land of Cab Franc! Winemaker Renard Desbourdes took the helm of his family Domaine in 1999 and along with his son, Boris, the duo are bringing the domaine into the future. The result of all this work is a wine that is at the forefront of a modern approach to classic Chinon. Aged in stainless steel, this wine shows aromas of zippy red fruit blend with a hint of peppercorn. The palate is well balanced with a flinty minerality. Perfect with roasted pork or turkey with a side of cranberry sauce!
