Domaine du Salvard has been a working estate since 1898, nurtured by five generations of the Delaille family. Today, all forty-two hectares of vineyards are farmed by the capable brother team of Emmanuel and Thierry Delaille, with help from their father, Gilbert. Their Cheverny Rouge—a blend of Pinot Noir and Gamay—is vinified in stainless steel tanks to preserve its fresh, aromatic character. Notes of cherry, raspberry, and a hint of minerality make this quite the pleasant wine! Try pairing with roast poultry or semi-soft cheese!
