'Don't Tell Mom' Piquette ORGANIC/NATURAL

‘Stagiaire’ is the French word for apprentice. For winemaker Brent Mayeaux, the word encapsulates humility, impermanence, and the never-ending pursuit of knowledge and improvement. He has taken all these traits and used them to produce some truly unique and incredibly delicious wines in California! ‘Don’t tell Mom’ is a piquette bursting with fresh red fruit, brambly berries, and lush, tiny bubbles. As Brent says, “It’s delicious. It’s the wine you want to drink when you don’t really want to drink wine.” Makes sense to us!
