Famille Fabre Lux de Luc Corbieres ORGANIC/BIODYNAMIC

The Fabre family produces exciting and enticing wines in the Corbières Region of Southern France, and here we have their Lux de Luc. Using Rhone varietals, this red is sturdy and reliable and, like its name suggests, it is the definition of luxury! Rich and pretty on the nose with notes of red cherries and fresh mint, the palate is sturdy with velvety tannins as well as a long and round finish. Aged 8 months in concrete tanks, which helps the fruit shine through on this lovely blend. Have it with rich stews, cassoulets, or barbecue!
