Aged for 16 months in 15-gallon charred oak barrels and finished in Cognac casks.
TASTING NOTES | Aromas of brown sugar and cinnamon with vanilla bean, roasted almonds and freshly sawn oak. Flavors of butter, smoked ham and balsa wood. Finishing with a hint of soft-baked pretzels, star anise.
FILTRATION: Lightly filtered to remove barrel sediment. Non-chill filtered.
