Surrounded by centuries old farm fields, Field & Sound is distilled and matured on the bluffs of the Long Island Sound. The bucolic North Fork of Long Island is home to dozens of pre-revolutionary family owned farms that have been blessed with loamy soils and microclimate that extends their growing season. This whiskey is uniquely influenced by maturing under the conditions of this Maritime environment.

Sweet Fermentation

Long Island Spirits uses a Sweet Fermentation process for production of all its Whiskies. This is a Mash made without the use of backset/sour mash as a starter for fermentation for better consistency and control.

Mash Bill of 60% corn, 33% Winter Rye & 7% Malted Barley.

Aged in New American Charred Oak Casks for not less than 4 years. Non-chill filtered.
