Three generations of the Fiorini family, whose roots have grown in the abundant and prosperous land of Emilia-Romagna since time immemorial, have been practicing the art of winemaking since 1919. Using Grasparossa, the most elegant and delicious of the types of Lambrusco grape, and the fertile, mineral-rich soil in which it grows, the wine here is full of fruit yet refreshingly dry on the backend with noticeable tannins even for a sparkling wine. This sparkler is great with all types of antipasti and pizza!
