Gouguenheim Estaciones Cabernet Sauvignon

Forty miles outside of Mendoza, in the foothills of the Andes mountains, Gouguenheim is one of the best-kept secrets of the Uco Valley!  Their Cab Sauv is marvelous with fabulous aromas of red and black cherries, spices and a hint of vanilla. The body is full with black plum and a slight note of chocolate and spice. With 4 months aging in American oak, it has medium tannins and goes down rather quick! A fantastically food-friendly wine, drink this with grilled meats or a spicy stew!
