Over 80% of their gin's ingredients are sourced from New York State; the base of the gins is made from 100% upcycled whey, a dairy by-product that would otherwise be thrown away. The Original Gin is a spirit-forward cross between a London Dry and New American style gin, being earthy and spicy, with a backbone of sweetness from licorice and orange peel, and a signature peppery finish from Cubeb pepper.
