Jean-Paul Picard has been a popular producer the past few years here at Pour. Their Sancerre Rosé has been a store favorite and here we have a beautiful sauvignon blanc from the same region! The grapes for this wine are produced from 30-year-old vines planted on the clay-limestone, south facing slopes. With 4 months of lees aging in stainless steel vats, this wine is beautifully structured with aromas of citrus fruit, white flower and lovely minerality on the palate. Try pairing with most seafood dishes, roast chicken or a cheese board with pâté.
