Garnacha is the third most widely planted grape in all of Spain, so there are quite a few different ones to choose from when you’re on a Spanish wine hunt! Here we have the beautiful Kimera, grown from old vines in the Navarra region of Spain. This lively red shows aromas of ripe cherries, blackberries and a touch of spice. It is fermented in stainless steel and then aged in amphora vessels for 10 months. This helps to give heft and earthy substance to the wine. Try pairing with pulled pork sliders, or roast chicken!
