Now, here is a FIND! A white wine made entirely from red grapes—and the results are DELICIOUS! Using high-altitude Pinot Noir and no oak, this white is clean and crisp with a wonderful mouthfeel and a fabulous flavor of apple and cherry. The grapes are pressed so that the juice runs off without contact with the skins—so the wine is pale and clean…but with aromatics that are pleasingly unique for a white wine. With food, it acts like Chardonnay—have it with cream-based soups and sauces, crab, or an avocado salad.
