L'Arche Perlée Brut Blanc de Blancs ORGANIC

Now here is a unique and beautiful bottle of bubbly from Bordeaux, more specifically, Sauterne! Although the region is mostly known for its sweet dessert wines, they also make some truly magnificent sparkling wines like the L’Arche Perlée. This wine is slightly off-dry with aromas of honeyed pear, lime, and apricot. Aged in used Sauternes barrels, the palate is lush with bright bubbles. This wine is a perfect aperitif with Roquefort blue cheese, or perhaps try pairing it with a spicy Thai dish!
