Winemaker Raphaël Chopin has a very simple philosophy when it comes to winemaking: be respectful of the terroir and the vines in order to offer the best of each vintage. He practices a reasoned viniculture in which the size of his domaine allows him to monitor each and every inch of the vineyards. This cru Beaujolais from Morgon is Burgundian in style with aromas of dark cherry and red currant. The palate is balanced with supple red fruit and a bright acidity.
