The Hall family purchased Long Meadow Ranch in 1989, land that had lain dormant since prohibition and was being swallowed up by encroaching forest. Hard work and dedication brought the Estate back in a big way, and today we are able to enjoy the fruits of their labor! The 2018 Cabernet Sauvignon invites you with a nose of fresh cherry, blackberry, raspberry leaf, and a hint of bourbon vanilla. With 12 months of aging in oak, it brings savory but light notes of anise, and nutmeg on the palate. Share this with someone special over filet mignon or short ribs.
