Marcel Giraudon Chitry Bourgogne SUSTAINABLE

The region of Chitry is located in the northern area of Burgundy and was actually a part of the region of Chablis until 1929. It has a very cool climate that is perfect for producing extremely refreshing and youthful wines! The Giraudon family has been farming and making wine in Chitry for centuries. Here we have their Pinot Noir, which is wonderfully aromatic with notes of cherry, raspberry and lilacs. Aged entirely in stainless steel, the palate is juicy with a beautiful earthy minerality! Pair with roasted chicken or camembert cheese.
