The winemaking Sarrazin Brothers have gained a reputation over the last decade for being meticulous stewards of their high-altitude vineyards around the Côte Chalonnaise, crafting traditional wines that show a true clarity of terroir. This gorgeous pinot noir grown from vineyards in the small commune of Givry shows aromas of orange peel, redcurrant and floral. The palate is lush with red fruit and silky tannins from 12 months aging in 20% new oak. Pair this with roasted chicken, turkey, veal chops, and of course all those wonderful Thanksgiving sides!
