Here’s a great example of a fun wine with a fun label. Nature’s Revenge (with artwork by local NYC artist Oscar Lett) is a Petillant Naturel; meaning it uses an ancient method for making sparkling wine. This somewhat bubbly chardonnay is delicious beyond belief! Clean and bright on the nose with loads of lemon and citrus, the palate is bone-dry and refreshing with notes of fleshy pear and apple as well as a touch of honeysuckle. Enjoy this on its own or at brunch with eggs benedict and a fruit salad!
