Orange wines have burst onto the scene over the past few years, and this lovely example from Chile shows just why this style of wine has become so popular! Understated and lovely, it has great balance with fresh citrus and a touch of grilled peach, a nice mouthfeel, light tannins, and a tart-dry finish. As the bottle says, this wine is in its most “natural” state, so it is likely to be cloudy and/or have sediments. Give it a nice shake before serving alongside curries, Korean food, or a Moroccan tagine.
