This is a sherry made in the biological style, which means it is dry with straw color, and notes of citrus, almonds and herbs, and bready notes from the "flor". Tangy and salty. Proper for consumption immediately to 3-4 years max.

Often consumed on its own or as an ingredient in cocktails.
